How to get there by crawler: Take the Bear Canyon Crawler to Shuttle Stop 3. The picnic tables are just northeast of the restroom.
How to get there by foot: From the visitor center take the Bear Canyon Trail east for a half a mile to its junction with Bear Canyon Roadway. Take a right on Bear Canyon Roadway and follow it for a quarter mile to Bear Canyon Shuttle Stop 2. From Shuttle Stop 2 go right (east) at the fork in the road. Continue across the creek and then turn right at the T. Follow Bear Canyon Roadway for 0.7 miles to Bear Canyon Shuttle Stop 3. The picnic tables are just northeast of the restroom.
